It’s a team of dedicated professionals who have their own experience in this field for over 20 years.
The organization is registered in Sierra Leone and was started in the year 2021 to guide individuals in the purposeful exploration of life. Our programs have been helpful for many individuals to move outside their comfort zone and achieve the unthinkable.

Alpha Bakarr Timbo
Founder and CEO
Timbo is known for his contributions to coaching and personal development in the Sierra Leone region. He has a passion for helping individuals and organizations realize their potential through various coaching techniques. His work often focuses on empowering others, fostering leadership skills, and promoting self-improvement and learning. He is also a Human Resource Professional and a seasoned Motivational Speaker.
Mariama Bella Timbo
Director of Administration /
Co-Founder
Mariama has over 15 years experience in business administration and development.
As the Co-Founder, she has been the brain behind the success of the company. She is responsible for generating new revenue opportunities and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. She works in identifying and pursuing new markets, building client relationships, and also developing sales strategies.

Dev Baruah
Managing Partner
Dev is a Wellbeing Mentor and Entrepreneur from India. He is an Engineer in Electronics and Communication, who has a passion for Health and Wellness. He is a record holder for fitness in India Book of Records for doing one of the toughest exercises.
He provides personal coaching on health and wellness and healthy lifestyle. He has coached students in schools/colleges and trained professionals on how to use the power of the mind and how to cultivate positive thinking. He advocates a holistic way of healthy living.
Udita Lal
Associate Partner
Bringing transformations in people's life is her passion. Through her vast knowledge in Universal Laws, Astrology, Occult and Ayurveda, she combines the spiritual techniques with Personal Development to bring change in people's Mindset. She helps people to manifest their ideal life by following Universal laws and also teaches how to use Spiritual knowledge for the success in business and every areas of life.
Salamatu Salome Mansary
Human Resource Manager
She has a Bachelor's degree in human resources and a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management. As an HR Manager, she is passionate about the impression she leaves in the hearts of the employees and how she is able to influence growth in their output in the job. Mamoud Balla Kamara
I'm working with Youth Movement for Sustainable Development Sierra Leone (YoMSuD-SL) established to help transform the youth, children, and women. We want to create a positive social change in our local communities in Africa. Before I attended the ABT coaching program my life was swimming in the pool of challenges where I couldn't get any nearest remedy to my problems. It was hard and tough to be able to make a way through the many setbacks and fears in my country, Sierra Leone.
After going through ABT's coaching program I felt relieved and fully ready to overcome my fears and face the many challenges to succeed in achieving my goals.
